They call it the touristy, international part of Quito, so I felt obligated to take a look. The bars are open all night in this neighborhood, the restaurants are of good variety, but prices are high. Known as Gringoland.
The center is called Plaza Foch, so the Gringos have dubbed it "Foch Yea" and have signs that say so!
Very colorful and lots of loud music.
